No it is not possible to cancel your order as our system is automated we cannot edit it once you placed your order. Only sometimes order with a wrong link can be cancelled by our system automatically in a rare case. (Let the 1st order gets completed and if any drop is found get it refilled 1st before placing any new order.)

#2. For Orders for watch hours service for any social media channel/page/account only place one order for that page/account or channel or video. As our system will count all the watch hours received on the channel or account or page or video from the date of order to the current date when you need any assistance for that order as delivered by the system for that order. ( We cannot Provide any Refill Guarantee if in screenshot it shows the Total Hours Equals to or Higher than the ordered Quantity even if its received organically or from any other order).

For raising any requests for refilling or speed up for any service we may need the screenshot in the specific format showing all the required information every time you raise the request to add your order for speed up or refilling, if asked please share the required information as without it we will not be able to add your order for refill or speed up.

You can ask for refund for the balance left in your account on our website simply for that you can contact us and we will refund the whole balance left in your account excluding the bonus for adding funds if got any and any fees .

But we cannot refund the amount for which the order is placed nor we can cancel, stop, partial neither speed up the order from our end. Only if the order gets cancelled or partial due to any system error from our end, the remaining amount will automatically be added back in to your balance on our website.

Though from our end we tried to provide the best estimations about the Quality, Start Time, Speed and Drop Rate for all the Services but those are just the estimations from our end, there can be some delay in Start Time and Differences in the Speed, Start Time and Quality of the Service.

Refund will be issued automatically in case of any system error from our end if your order could not get completed or get cancelled. but no refund can be made incase the order gets cancelled or partially completed due to any kind of problem from your end or for putting the wrong link.
After a deposit has been completed, By Clicking (check box) you agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

What is start count?

Start count is the number of current followers, likes, views the page / post have which you order.
Example: Your Instagram page have 1000 followers now. If you order followers service on our website then the order start count will be 1000.

What does it mean [Non Drop] No Refill ?

That mean the service have no drop issue right now but this is a no refill service. So, we are unable to refill a single follower / like even if it drop 100% due to server issue or social media update.
Make sure to use refill guaranteed service, if you want to get refill in drop case. Please Don't reach us for refill after purchasing a no refill service, there is no support possible for no refill guarantee services.

What does it mean Refill / No Refill?

If any service name have refill, please check the description for how many days it provide refill guarantee. On the other hand, if any service name have "No Refill" mean this is no gurantee service and it can drop at any time. If drop we are not responsible for it.

Refill button is not working for me?

The refill button sends a trigger to refill an order, it doesn't work instantly. It's just a trigger, sometimes an order might not need refill.
Refill button become active in every 24 hours. If you keep cursor on the refill button on the orders page it will show you the remain time of the button active.

What if my order is not completed with the given period of time

We always recommend our users to place small orders as small orders get completed by the server fast and big orders takes longer time to start and to get complete aswell. We can only send your order to get speed up after 24 Hours of placing your order in regards to the delays but we can not cancel it or refund your money back as our system is automated we can not edit it once it placed. There is a possibility of delays in case of server overload or Platform updates (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc updates). In this case we try to do our best like if we can process order we will process them but in maximum cases orders takes time to start if service do not work. It can take upto 30-60 days in case of huge updates.

I placed order with wrong link, can you cancel it?

This is automatic server so once the order gets placed we can't edit, change, cancel an order even if you insert wrong link. Only use Link of Video/reel/post for services like views, Likes, comments, etc. and only use link of channel/profile/page for service like followers, subscribers, members etc. Sometimes our server can find out wrong link and cancel it but this is very rare. We can not refund money in this case, please double check your link for which you are placing order.

What is the meaning of NON DROP

Service information that we provide on our website are just estimations and you will find it on service name and its description as Estimated Drop Rate and if it says its "NON DROP" than it means that according to our past experience its a NON DROP service. where we do not guarantee for how long will it be NON DROP as all social media platforms gets daily updates and due to that a NON DROP service can also drop. 

If you purchase a NON DROP service with NO GUARANTEE than we would not able to provide those dropped followers, views, subscribers, etc..., we always recommend you to buy a service which is NON DROP with a lifetime guarantee period. We offer guarantee from 30 days to 365 days and lifetime guarantee with few services aswell. 

For example; If you purchase NON DROP 10,000 followers service (with guarantee of 150 days) when you have 1000 followers on your account than at the end you will have 16,000 followers (1,000 organic followers + 15,000 followers which you purchased from our website) on your account and it got dropped to 12,000 followers with any xyz reason in next 10 days than we will provide you all those followers back to your account without charging you any money.

Example: You bought an order with quantity 5000 and charges 5 INR, let's say we delivered 3000 and the remaining 2000 we couldn't deliver, then we will "Partial" the order and refund you the remaining 2000 (2 INR in this example). What is the meaning of Quantity must be multiple of 100?

That mean the service lot size is 100 and you have to order minimum 100 and if you want to order more than you have to order 200, 500, 700, 1000 etc. Do not order 120, 550, 780, 1070 etc, it could stuck your order and our coder needs to change the size

What is Drip Feed and how to use it?

Drip Feed is a service that we are offering so you would be able to put the same order multiple times automatically.


Example: let's say you want to get 1000 likes on your Instagram Post but you want to get 100 likes each 30 minutes. So, here is how to do that?

Runs: 10 (as you want to run this order 10 times, if you want to get 2000 likes, you will run it 20 times, etc…)
Interval: 30 (because you want to get 100 likes on your post each 30 minutes, if you want each hour, you will put 60 because the time is in minutes)
P.S: Never order more quantity than the maximum which is written on the service name (Quantity x Runs)
Example: if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10, because total quantity will be 500x10 = 5000 which is bigger than the service max (4000).
